Dr. Christie Burch is a life saver! I brought in my hearing aid (purchased elsewhere) that never really worked, and asked if she could help me.
Dr. Burch corrected a programming error in my old hearing aid, changed the ear piece to one that catches the low sounds I was missing, added a little anchor wire to keep the device snug in my ear, and brought sounds into my world that I have been missing. Expertise and professionalism - - 10 stars! On top of that, she and her entire staff are totally invested in making you feel welcome and valued. It is such a pleasure doing business with people who genuinely work in your best interest. Thank you Dr. Burch and Ascent Audiology and Hearing!
